At Vistara Luxe, we proudly ship worldwide to bring our exquisite products to you, wherever you are. Please refer to the details of our shipping policy below.

INDIAN CUSTOMERS

  • Free Shipping: Shipping within India is free of charge.
  • Courier Partners: Domestic orders are shipped via Delhivery, Bluedart, and FedEx.

Dispatch Timeline:

  • Ready-to-Wear Products:
    Orders are delivered  within 7-8 working days due to the intricate craftsmanship involved in creating Indian wear. Once, delivery typically takes 3-7 days.
  • Made-to-Order (Pre-Order) Products:
    These take 15-25 working days or more to dispatch, depending on the intricacy of the design. Products are dispatched as soon as they are ready.

Shipping Process:

  • Partial shipments are made to ensure customers can start using the ready products without delay.
  • Once your product is shipped, tracking information is emailed to you. In rare cases, due to system upgrades, the message may not be sent.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email. You can choose to:
    • Wait for restocking.
    • Select alternative products.
    • Opt for a store credit, refund, or exchange.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • For COD orders, our customer representatives will call you within 1 working day to confirm the order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

  • Shipping Partner: International orders are shipped via DHL.
  • Important Note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Order Requirements:

  • Only prepaid orders are accepted for international shipments. If a COD order is placed for an international address, it will be canceled.
  • Cancellation requests are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Dispatch Timeline:

  • Ready-to-Wear Products: Orders are dispatched within 10-20 business days.
  • Made-to-Order (Pre-Order) Products: Dispatch takes 20-25 business days or longer as all products are shipped together once they are ready.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • VAT/Import Duties/Local Taxes: These charges are borne by the customer and may vary depending on the destination country’s regulations.
  • Such charges are not included in the product or shipping price. Payment of these charges is mandatory to release the shipment from customs.
  • Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer. The customer can settle these charges directly with the delivery partner upon receiving the shipment.
