CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS POLICY

For all cancellations and returns, you can initiate a request through our Returns Center or email us at contact@vistaraluxe.com. Responses will be provided within 48 hours.


RETURN POLICY FOR INDIAN CUSTOMERS

We offer a 2-day return policy on selected products. Detailed return eligibility is mentioned on individual product pages. For more information, please refer to our return policy below.


RETURNS BY INDIAN CUSTOMERS

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may raise a return request for eligible products through the Returns Center or by emailing contact@vistaraluxe.com within 2 days of receiving the order.

After assessing the reason for the return, if approved:

  1. Pickup Arrangement:

    • We will arrange a reverse pickup if possible (availability depends on your pin code).
    • If a pickup fails due to courier issues or customer-related reasons, you must contact us to reschedule.
  2. Return Processing Options:

    • Store Credit: Equivalent to the product value, credited to your Vistara Luxe account for future purchases.
    • PhonePay Refund: Requires bank details (Name, Account No., IFSC Code, Bank, Branch).

Key Points:

  • Returns due to errors on our part (wrong/damaged item): We will replace or refund the invoice value, as per your request.
  • Refund processing begins after receiving and validating the returned product.
  • Approved refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10-15 bussiness days of receiving the return.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMERS

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing contact@vistaraluxe.com.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations will not be entertained.

Refunds for cancellations within 24 hours will be processed to the original payment method.


RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

RETURNS BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

For eligible products:

  • Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • Approval is required before shipping returns to our India facility (address will be provided via email).

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Return shipping costs and custom duties are borne by the customer.
  • Return will accept within 5 to 7 days .
  • REPLACEMENT : Your order will replace within 5 to 7 days 
  • EXCHANGES : Your deliverd order will exchanges within 5 to 6 days .
  • Ensure product safety during transit; Vistara Luxe is not liable for transit damages.

Refund/Store Credit Processing:

  • Approved returns are eligible for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for defective or incorrect items will be processed after evaluation.

CANCELLATIONS BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

CANCELLATION BY VISTARA LUXE

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Stock limitations
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Fraud prevention or verification issues

If an order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

The decision made by Vistara Luxe in such matters is final.
